A PayPal account is not required for the check out and can pay using any major credit card.
Please contact us by phone to purchase MeshNets for any Tumblers purchased more than 2 years ago. Please have the model number and name of the purchaser to confirm the MeshNet size as our models and net sizes have changed in recent years. We generally have all sizes available.
Orders are shipped the same business day when ordered by 4 pm. Transit time is 1-5 days in the U.S. (mainland), depending on location. Overnight shipping is available for additional cost. See shipping at checkout for pricing options.
If you cannot receive UPS deliveries or need to provide specific details for delivery, please call or email us with this information to assure that your package arrives in a timely manner.
Shipping is available outside of the U.S. via DHL. Prices vary by country. Duties and tariffs are not included in the shipping cost.
Our packaging is discreet. No identifying labels are included on individual sales.

We warranty all products, parts and motors for one year, normal use. We will replace any defective parts immediately. Contact us. Note, this warranty excludes covering machines that are used as rental units.
Please contact us immediately with any questions. The Tumble Trimmer is proven effective when assembled and used according to capacity and timing guidelines. When used properly, the trimmer is 100% effective as described.
Trimmer is not effective with light, waify or underdeveloped flowers.
